The couple dreamed of a wedding to be experienced together with their families and close friends in a joyful and non-formal atmosphere. They dreamed of a ceremony in a scenic location near the sea and a simple Italian-style reception where they could enjoy good Italian food and good music.
What struck us about this couple was besides their great love especially their spontaneity, their values and above all their love for family, a family always united and seen as a force in life. For Julian and Jessica we immediately thought of Villa Eva, one of the most scenic locations on the Amalfi Coast that has maintained over time that cozy and familiar character so important to our couple.Villa Eva is located in Ravello, a town on the Amalfi Coast known for its extraordinary cliffside gardens that give the impression of being suspended between sky and sea.
The garden of the villa has an indescribable view, when we showed the photos to the couple it was immediately love at first sight. From that moment Julian and Jessica, our Toronto love couple, began to dream in that scenic spot in Ravello of their magical wedding on the Amalfi Coast. It seemed that nature had designed the perfect place for them, representing their immense love but also the natural beauty and spontaneity, representative qualities of our young couple. We immediately agreed on leaving that wonderful place as natural as possible without overdoing floral arrangements. Pink is the bride’s favorite color, and although it was not one of the representative colors of the Amalfi Coast, we were happy to start the project right from her favorite color knowing that we would make her happy. We created for them matching tablecloths and napkins in shades of pink with a delicate but striking floral print. The same print was used in the coordinated graphic design and floral arrangements.
On both the large imperial table and the round tables, we brought back live the flowers printed on the tablecloth and napkins. One of the most emotional moments was when the bride surprised her mom by inviting her to dance with her and asking all the moms and daughters present to slow dance together as a hymn to life and love that binds a mom a daughter and thank them for their love! It was an extraordinary moment, very emotional, impossible to forget. All the guests really enjoyed the menu made with excellent local raw materials, and at midnight the pizza arrived! Because a trip to Italy is not complete if you don’t eat a good pizza!
The musical entertainment DJ and SAX was very engaging, young and cheerful, everyone indistinctly took to the dance floor to dance late into the night and enjoy the excellent cocktails prepared by the barman.
